				S.O.B. upon exertion continues
				wakesd withy edema both feet 
				edema decreases after leg elevation
                          verbal order Dr. Kiroycheva:
					40mg Lasix P.O. this p.m.
                                 continue drinking H2O 


Fri. Jan. 5th 
			verbal order Dr. Kiroycheva:
				Lasix 20mg. this p.m.
				Find cardiologist to assess new onset A.Fib. (not on coumadin) and repeat echo.
				 Find Pulmonary Dr.
